Next to the bar, on a different level, is Zazala Restaurant. A simple, shady space, with panoramic views of the magical colors of the west, palm tree lights and impressive bananas scattered in its courtyard, offers a real breath of fresh air.

The kitchen of Zazala Restaurant opens at 13.00 and is a particularly pleasant surprise. Mediterranean, with strong Cycladic influences, often uses local products and raw materials for the preparation of its dishes, giving a rare and refined traditional taste.

The menu of the restaurant is inspired and designed by the chef Eleni Saranti who is in Zazala for the second year. She is the one who, using the delicious experiences from her travels, memories from traditional Greek dishes, aromas and recipes, managed to create a truly unique menu, able to satisfy all tastes.

The dishes, in their majority, are based on local products of Paros, while great attention has been paid to the freshness and the high quality of the final result.

Do not forget to try the octopus with fava and caper chutney, the salad with string beans, grapefruit and mint and the squid with chili chickpeas and coriander.
